The monitor will have a tray behind it, for storing paper, plus the full printer mechanism
that can draw said paper in and throw it out through the bottom of the display's frame.
It should also be able to scan paper and, as a bonus, the screen itself will have support for touch input, plus a print/scan application that will allow portions of said screen top be cropped and printed on the fly.
